Welcome to the
Awakening Workshop
An Academy of Mindfulness & Presence
Awaken to Reality and become Self Realized
The Awakening Workshop is designed to appeal to the more advanced spiritual seeker who wants to dive deeply into this subject matter, or for individuals who would like to become a "Teacher of Presence"
Mindfulness is being present and fully engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction. It’s about paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a non-judgmental way, cultivating awareness and acceptance.
Symptoms, from unhealthy thinking, such as: Fear, Stress, Anxiety, Self Doubt, Loneliness, Suffering and Despair, will automatically start to fall away once you are free from unhealthy thought forms which are primarily created by the deceptions of the ego. As you learn to stop following thoughts and just let them pass through without attachment or identification to them, then, your experience of life and state of being will drastically improve as you re-connect with your Higher Self and the Source, by remaining seated in conscious awareness.
Key aspects of mindfulness:
1. Present moment awareness: Focus on the here and now, letting go of past regrets or future worries.
2. Non-judgmental observation: Observe your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without evaluating them as good or bad.
3. Curiosity and openness: Approach experiences with curiosity, letting go of preconceptions.
4. Acceptance and letting go: Acknowledge and accept things as they are, rather than resisting or trying to change them.
Mindfulness can be practiced through:
1. Meditation: Sitting, walking, or movement meditation to cultivate awareness.
2. Contemplation: Place all of your conscious attention on one particular concept, and see it play out in your daily life.
3. Breathing exercises: Focusing on the breath to anchor yourself in the present.
4. Body scan: Paying attention to physical sensations in the body.
5. Daily activities: Bringing mindfulness to everyday tasks, like eating or walking.
Benefits of mindfulness:
1. Reduced stress and anxiety
2. Improved focus and concentration
3. Increased self-awareness
4. Enhanced emotional regulation
5. Better relationships
6. Deep sense of well-being
7. Unconditional Love of Self & Others
8. The decision to choose unconditional happiness
Getting started with mindfulness is simple. Here are some steps:
1. Find a quiet space: Identify a quiet spot where you can sit comfortably without distractions.
2. Set aside time: Start with 5-10 minutes a day, ideally at the same time each day.
3. Focus on your breath: Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath, feeling the sensation of the air entering and leaving your nostrils.
4. Be kind to your mind: When your mind wanders (and it will!), gently acknowledge the thought and return to your breath without judgment.
5. Use guided meditations: Apps like Headspace, Calm, or Insight Timer offer guided sessions for beginners.
6. Make it a habit: Incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, like right after waking up or before bed.
Some popular mindfulness exercises for beginners:
1. Body scan meditation: Lie down or sit comfortably, focusing on each part of your body, releasing tension as you go.
2. Walking meditation: Pay attention to your feet touching the ground, the sensation of each step, without labeling it, judging it, or making up stories about it.
3. Loving-kindness meditation: Focus on sending kindness to yourself and others.
4. Focus on a Mantra such as: I Am, I’m always fine, Everything is always working out for me, God God God, Who Am I?, I surrender my will, etc.
Tips:
1. Be patient: Mindfulness is a skill that takes time to develop.
2. Start small: Begin with short sessions and gradually increase time. Eventually, mindfulness will accompany you throughout your entire day.
3. Make it enjoyable: Find a mindfulness style that works for you, like movement or nature-based practices.
4. It can help, when focussing on a specific thought or concept, to connect it with your breathing.

Transcending Ego Addiction
Ego = Deception = Suffering
Our Transformational Life Coaching Programs will help you see the destructive consequences of Ego Addiction while providing the tools, insights & guidance you need to overcome it.
The Ego’s deception that we are “Lacking” in some way, is the primary cause of our: Fear, Suffering, Stress, Anxiety, Limitations & Self-Doubt. As we transcend this deception, we start to manifest: Deep Inner-Peace, Joy, Empowerment & Love.
Another ego deception is that we are “Separate” from others, therefore, we need to compete with others for the resources of this world in order to survive.
The false belief of “Lack” and “Separation”, creates a strong fear of death, which is the underlying fear of all other fears. To compensate, we build up a false sense of identity by identifying with thought forms. This illusional identification, never satisfies the emptiness it creates within us, no matter what we accomplish, achieve, or acquire.
Once you see the Ego playing out in your daily life, you will be able to question the insanity of it, which will permanently & significantly improve your quality of life and your state of being.
When we try to prove that we are “Good Enough”, we reinforce a deep-seated core belief, that we are NOT good enough. This core belief slowly erodes the relationship we have with ourselves. You can’t love, honor & respect yourself when you believe an illusion about who you are. Once you transcend this lie, you will discover the beautiful, amazing, loving person you have always been!
